Any problems with tickets, such as changing information or resending ticket emails, can be resolved by follow this link https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice.

You can also use your tickets for different days, if you have a weekend ticket you can use it any day, but if you have a weekday ticket you will need to upgrade it via the link above.

Ticket issues when tickets have been bought from third-party sources, such as Groupon or Wowcher, needs to be sorted directly with them.

Carers

Carers attend free on entry; you need to purchase a ticket for the person who needs a ticket and bring proof of disability at the show for free entrance.

Your ticket also includes entry to Ideal Home Show Christmas, the Eat & Drink Festival and The Cake & Bake Show.

Doors open at 10am and close at 5pm everyday!
