The Gingerbread City® by the Museum of Architecture is delighted to partner with The Cake & Bake Show 2025, inviting amateur bakers to join a gingerbread house competition inspired by this year’s theme, “The Playful City.”
Architect and designer Trevor Morriss will be teaming up with Great British Bake Off Star Pui Man to create this year's Gingerbread Showstopper – titled Future of Olympia – which will be inspired by Olympia, London. Join us at the show to see what they cook up!
Pui will also be joining Melissa Woolford to co-host a pro-masterclass on Wednesday 26th November.
Now in its ninth year, The Gingerbread City® is a one-of-a-kind festive exhibition where imagination meets innovation: architects, designers and bakers transform gingerbread and sweets into an enchanting miniature city. Perfect for families, friends and anyone looking for a magical Christmas experience.
This year's exhibition will take place from the 29th November 2025 - 4th January 2026 at Coal Drops Yard, where you can discover a sweet smelling, whimsical world of creative architecture and imagination - including entries from The Gingerbread Competition!
Book your tickets for this year’s exhibition and hands-on gingerbread house–making workshops, with two exclusive sessions hosted by Pui Man herself!
