Brought to The Cake & Bake Show by Pui Man (Great British Bake Off Series 6) and Trevor Morriss (Principal of London-based architecture studio SPPARC), to celebrate our partnership with The Gingerbread City, the 2025 Installation was inspired by the iconic venue and home to The Cake & Bake Show - Olympia, London. 

SPPARC'S creative design for Pui Man's Future of Olympia gingerbread installation is a spectacular, sugar-crafted vision that transformed Olympia into a whimsical world where imagination rises higher than a perfectly proved loaf.

Bursting with vibrant sweets, intricate icing work, and shimmering sugar glazed details, the edible landscape blended creativity with craftsmanship in the most delicious way.

Peek inside the event spaces and you'll find playful performances taking place amid the candy-coated architecture – proof that this sugary spectacle is as lively as it is luscious. SPPARC's design serves up a generous slice of innovation and entertainment, turning Olympia into a sweet, interactive experience that's sure to whisk you off your feet.

The Gingerbread Installation was officially unveiled at The Cake & Bake Show on Tuesday 25th November before it took its place at The Gingerbread City® exhibition on the 1st of December.

This imaginative Gingerbread Installation was a highlight of the festive season and a captivating celebration of what happens when design, creativity and delicious craftsmanship come together.
