Brought to you by Pui Man (Great British Bake Off Series 6) and Trevor Morriss (Principal of London-based architecture studio SPPARC), The Showpiece was a breathtaking gingerbread structure inspired by Olympia, London.

The Gingerbread Showpiece was officially unveiled at The Cake & Bake Show on Tuesday 25th November before it took its place at The Gingerbread City® exhibition on the 1st of December.
