Rebecca is the founder of Honeywell Bakes, an artisan baking company specialising in hand iced biscuits and DIY baking kits.  Honeywell Bakes was set up at the kitchen table in 2012 and has grown to a seven figure business.  Honeywell Bakes is proud to be B corp certified, which means that the business puts equal importance on people, planet and profit.
In 2024 Rebecca wrote her debut cook book, Planet Friendly Baking, with delicious seasonal recipes and tips on reducing our impact on the planet.
