Natalie Porter
Natalie Porter is a multi award-winning sugar flower maker and cake designer. Together with her husband Chris, they run Immaculate Confections, based just outside London, UK.
Over the years she has developed a range of colours, flowerpaste, and a number of nifty tools for use in sugar flower making, not least her signature ‘Rapid Rose’ system for making gorgeous sugar roses. She has written two books, and taught thousands of students over the years, both in-person and via her extensive range of online classes.
She loves sharing her skills and techniques, and guiding students through the process to make their own stunning creations.
