Freya Cox
Freya Cox is a two-time recipe book author and small business owner. Her career began after appearing on The Great British Bake Off in 2021 as the first and only ever plant based baker. She has gone on to publish two cookbooks, including her brand new book 'Bake My Day' and produce content for brands on social media. She has also written recipes for magazines and built her postal bake and box mix business - Freyas. She is also a radio presenter and journalist for the BBC.
