Prachi Dhabal Deb is an international award-winning cake artist from India. She is a 3 World Record Holder from World Book of Records, London. She is the Head Judge for Cakeology Cake Event and Indian Cake Awards. 

She specialises in Royal-Icing art and is amongst the top artists of Royal-Icing in the world. She is also the creator of a vegan version of Royal Icing.
