Peter Gorton
Peter Gorton is a Master Chef of Great Britain, based in South- West England. Peter began his impressive career as a 16-year-old in 1980 and trained at some of the finest restaurants in the UK and around the world, including The Walnut Tree in Abergavenny, Burnham Beeches Country House Hotel in Melbourne and Jamin in Paris. Peter later became the proprietor of The Horn of Plenty Country House Hotel in Devon, where he gained numerous national awards and accolades (including a Michelin Star), The Carved Angel and Gorton's in Tavistock, as well as cafes in Exeter, Taunton and Dartmouth.
A hospitality specialist in demand in his role as a consultant chef, Peter remains a well-known and popular figure in the industry, with countless cookbooks, television appearances and accolades to his name. Peter is renowned for his passion for using natural ingredients and loves to put LittlePod's responsibly-sourced range to good use.
