Founded in 2020, Patisserie May was born from Jen’s vision to create beautiful masterpieces using simple, traditional methods with a modern twist.
Originally from South Africa and now based in Somerset, Jen’s love for baking began in her Granny’s kitchen — a place that sparked her passion and led her to pursue her childhood dream of studying Patisserie.
There’s always something delicious on her baking tray, and she lives by Julia Child’s timeless words:
“Find something you’re passionate about and keep tremendously interested in it.”
