Naomi Rose is the founder of Baking Boss and 5 years ago, she quit her 9-5 office job to follow her passion for baking. In 2018, she opened a café & bar, named after her grandmother, with no professional baking experience. In 2021, she also crowdfunded an artisan bakery which then won Britain’s Best Loaf awards three months after opening. Not everything was plain sailing as she had to make the difficult decision to close the business due to the cost of living crisis. It was the hardest decision she had to make but that’s why she started Baking Boss - to use all the knowledge she’s learnt to teach people how to bake as well as help baking business owners start and grow their businesses.
