Louise Lindberg is a self-taught Pastry Chef, Content Creator and Recipe Developer sharing her artisanal pastry creations on her Instagram @_louiselindberg and her own recipes on her website www.louiselindbergpastry.com.

She loves classic flavors with a twist (pastel colors and the French pastry aesthetic mixed with her Danish roots), giving her pastries a simplistic Nordic look.

Louise has more than +10 years baking experience and is the winner of Denmark's 2nd Biggest baking competition in 2021.

Before quitting her corporate job to pursue her passion for baking, Louise worked in Marketing for +8 years, has a Master's Degree in Marketing & Communication and is the Business Author of a book about Social Media & Influencer Marketing.
