The countdown to show time is on; we can't wait to open the doors to this year's show! We have a show jam-packed with delicious content. Check out our handy guide below to get you prepped for a fabulously sweet day out and ensure you don't miss anything!

Morning

As you walk into the show, be the first to take a selfie with our show-stopping Cake Installation created by Extreme Cake Makers' Rosie Cake Diva. The theme will be revealed exclusively at the show (No spoilers!)

Begin your morning with a wander around the show to discover all the great brands we have on offer including Lissie Lou, Custard and Super Heroes, Doughnut Time, Cake Decorating Co., Bomshell Bakes and many more! Or why not head over to The Cake & Bake Theatre to watch LIVE demonstrations from your favourite baking heroes and sugar craft experts as the bring their fabulous recipes and cake creations to life on stage. There is everything from perfecting your piping to clever chocolate decoration techniques. Check out who is taking to the stage each day of the show here.

Bringing the little ones to the show? There will be lots of fun activities for your little bakers. Many of our exhibitors will be hosting hands on demos on their stands including Doughnut Time. It's the perfect chance for your kids to get involved with decorating at the show and learn new skills to try at home themselves? Of course, it's not just for kids! Visitors are invited to step into the master-classroom, and join Doughnut Time's Chief Doughnut Designer, Lara, around the Doughnut Academy table. Using a range of special Doughnut Time tools, tricks and techniques, guests will be guided through the creative process. Getting sticky with piping bags, glazes, creamy caramels, melted chocolates and a bottomless supply of nostalgic sweet-treats - all leaving the Academy with a bespoke Doughnut of their very own! To join the doughnut masterclass it is priced at £5 and is payable on the day at their stand. 

Afternoon

Have you spotted some of the spectacular life-sized cake creations around the show? Trust us when we say, you won't be able to miss them! Channel 4 Extreme Cake Maker Molly Robbins will be unveiling her is her larger than life animal cake installation. Whilst in the Cake Competition are see Zoe Burmester's magnificant flying Pegasus inspired by the theme of this year's competition - Over the Rainbow. Don't forget to take a selfie and tag us @cakeandbakeshow #thecakeandbakeshow in all your pics! Whilst you're there, take a look at all the amazing competition entries on display!

Shop, sample and buy from tonnes of exhibitors covering all aspects of baking, cake decorating and sugar craft all the way to tasty savoury and sweet treats. No one should have to miss out which is why this year we made it a priority to introduce a whole host of free- from exhibitors; from gluten, dairy and nut- free to refined sugar and even those who cater to individual intolerances. After a day of shopping, enjoying our celebrity guests and experts demos on stage and also tucking into delicious cakes and bakes why not take yourself off to the Champagne and Nail Bar, enjoy a glass of bubbles to toast to a great day out or unwind with a free nail polish in association with LCBT.
