We have so much going on at the show that's inculded in your show ticket. All demonstrations on the theatres are free to attend, and with so many exhibitors offering free, interactive workshops - you can really get your hands sticky.
Here are just a few of the hands-on demos and workshops that will be running throughout the weekend that you can get involved in:
Le Cordon Bleu will be hosting an array of activities at this year's show. The institute pastry chefs will teach you key techniques on how to make exquisite almond dacquoise or no fail lemon tartlet through ticketed workshop sessions. Also, each day Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will host a series of free demonstrations at their stand and on the Baking Theatre showing step by step techniques that are taught in our Pâtisserie and Boulangerie Diplomas. If you want more, Le Cordon Bleu Chefs and top professionals in the industry will be available at the Slice of Advice feature to answer all your burning questions.
Cake Craft World will be offering hands-on workshops on their stand using products from their site.
Demonstrations and interactive workshops will be hosted by Dr. Oetker on their stand, to really brush up on your decorating skills.
Discover the art of icing a cake flawlessly with Lindt Excellence’s Classic Dark Chocolate Cake on the Decorating Stage, and take away your own perfectly finished Lindt Excellence creation as well as tips and tricks from the dark chocolate experts.
And for little ones, head to the Kid's Zone brought to you by GOSH, where they can try their hand at biscuit decorating.
