Founded by sisters Annabel and Emily Lui, who’s passion is to experiment with flavours and offer customers their take on old favourites, alongside cutting-edge taste sensations. Back when the sisters were plotting to make their mark on London’s baking scene and perfecting their ‘Biskies’ in their tiny kitchen, Annabel would cut them and Emily would “squidge” them together... and that’s how Cutter & Squidge came about! Cutter & Squidge make everything from scratch where possible, and use fine quality British ingredients. Their eggs are always free range and their butter is always British creamery butter.
