In this demo, Megan will create a stunning stacked ombr' cake using smooth, silky Swiss meringue buttercream ' the perfect choice for clean lines and elegant colour transitions. Using her KitchenAid stand mixer, she'll whip up the glossy, stable buttercream before demonstrating how to stack, smooth, and blend tones seamlessly with LissieLou London's mini scrapers, turntable, and cake boards.
The soft gradient will be brought to life with Colour Mill's oil-based colours and finished with a hint of edible gold leaf for a touch of luxury. Megan will also share her scraper technique for achieving razor-sharp edges, showing how the right tools and a few creative tricks can deliver a professional, modern finish.
