It's hard to pinpoint an exact moment in time when we discovered our love for baking, but we always felt that creativity was that one skill that will open the path to making beautiful dessert. We opened Lilium Cakery because we wanted to create a cultural blend between our Italian and Romanian heritage using natural flavours. Our shared passion for nature helped us come up with particular designs using edible flowers and special - sometimes, maybe unusual - ingredient fusion. Our goal is to bring people closer to nature and challenge them to try our new hand made flavours. We try to help the ecosystem by using eco friendly materials and packaging.
