We’re delighted to introduce The Cake & Bake Show Stand Awards, NEW for 2025, celebrating exhibitors who go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding presence at the show. 

Categories will recognise excellence in creativity, visitor engagement, product presentation, and festive flair. 

Judges will include industry experts, media partners, and show organisers. 

Prizes & Recognition: Winners will receive special promotion across show marketing channels, social media spotlights, and credit towards their stand booking in 2026. 

Stand categories

Best Newcomer Award 

This award will be awarded to a first-time exhibitor who bring fresh energy, innovation, and a standout presence to the event. Whether it's your striking stand design, unique product offering, or the way you engage with visitors, we’re on the lookout for those making a big impression from day one. 

Open exclusively to brands exhibiting at the show for the very first time.  

 

Best Dressed Stand Award 

First impressions count and this award is all about style, creativity, and visual impact. 

This award recognises the exhibitor whose stand design goes above and beyond to create a show-stopping visual experience. From beautifully curated layouts and imaginative theming to clever branding and attention to detail to enhance the visitor experience.  

 

Best Use of Marketing Award 

This award recognises the exhibitor who goes above and beyond in promoting their presence at the show before, during, and even after the doors open. 

From engaging social media campaigns and email marketing to creative use of the official event hashtags, exhibitor ticket allocations, and discount codes we’re looking for those who fully embrace the marketing opportunities provided. Whether you’re building hype online, partnering with influencers, or driving footfall to your stand through smart promotion, this award celebrates the exhibitors who make marketing an integral part of their show success. 

 

Best Use of Social Media Award 

This award celebrates the exhibitor who makes the most impactful and creative use of social media to support their presence at the show. 

From teaser campaigns and behind-the-scenes content to live updates, influencer collaborations, and strategic use of event hashtags across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok to engage their audience, build excitement, and drive visitors to their stand. Consistency, originality, and audience interaction will all be considered in the judging process. 

Prizes

The winning exhibitors, will benefit from the following: 

  • A trophy and certificate for displaying on your stand during the event  

  • A dedicated social media post from Cake & Bake Show Instagram and Facebook channels 

  • Inclusion in a post-show e-newsletter to 80K+ subscribers 

  • Interview or feature within a blog post on Cake & Bake Show website  

  • £500 credit* towards your stand booking at Cake & Bake Show in 2026 

 

The £500 stand credit prize is awarded to the winner of the specified stand award category and is redeemable against a confirmed stand booking at the 2026 edition of Cake & Bake Show only. The prize is open only to exhibitors who are officially contracted and fully paid for the 2025 show and must be redeemed by 26 January 2026. The credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative goods or services, and must be used by the winning company or brand. Redemption is subject to availability and adherence to the organiser’s standard booking terms. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Cake & Bake Show to use their name, stand imagery, and branding for promotional purposes. The organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize if necessary, and all decisions regarding eligibility and redemption are final. Any remaining stand balance exceeding the £500 credit must be covered by the exhibitor. 

Judging Criteria 

Award winners will be selected based on a combination of creativity, visual impact, brand presentation, visitor engagement, and alignment with the theme of the event. Judges will be looking for stands that not only stand out aesthetically but also deliver a strong, cohesive brand message and offer an engaging experience for show visitors. Each entry will be assessed by a panel of event organisers and/or editorial representatives, with criteria tailored to the specific award category.
