Sarah Sibley is a baking & sugarcraft writer, blogger, judge, demonstrator and multi-award winning cake artist based in Winchester.
Sarah writes recipes, tutorials & editorial for a number of publications including Cake Decoration & Sugarcraft magazine, as well as writing her own blog, www.bakewithsarah.com, which is full of recipes, tutorials and baking & cake decorating tips.
Sarah is probably best known for her stunning cupcakes, which have won her numerous awards and her tasty free from baking recipes ,including Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan bakes.
Sarah has also been involved in a number of high profile cake related PR stunts, including the world’s largest cake sculpture and her cakes have gone viral multiple times and have featured on TV, in the Ripley’s Believe it or Not book, Huffington Post & the Guardian to name but a few.
Sarah is currently working on her first book which is due for release next year.
